Andrew Wang, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wang is responsible for Beacon Hill Staffing Group’s vision, strategic direction and overall performance. He also chairs the company's Executive Committee. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Wang was a senior vice president for the third largest staffing company in the world, a global conglomerate with annual revenues exceeding $6 billion and operations in 29 countries. As SVP and National Director of Executive Search, he led their US based executive search efforts for multiple divisions across diverse specialty areas and also served as a senior operating committee member to the broader professional services company. During his time there, he progressed from top producer through many senior management roles to the executive level, while helping to grow the company from a privately held start-up to a publicly traded global industry leader. Mr. Wang received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Connecticut College, where he majored in government.

Charlie Cain, Managing Director, Executive Committee Member

Mr. Cain is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Associates and its national expansion. He is one of the company’s founding members, having grown Beacon Hill Associates from a start-up to one of the premier administrative placement firms in Boston, attracting many of the top staffing professionals in the marketplace while training and developing new consultants. Mr. Cain is known for outstanding client service, team management and market knowledge. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Cain led one of the most successful branches of a national public staffing organization, where he was also recognized as a top individual producer. Prior to his placement career, he spent three years in sales and marketing for the Boston Red Sox. Mr. Cain received a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College, where he majored in finance and economics.

Rebecca Burtman, Division Director

Ms. Burtman is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Associates in Washington, DC. A proven leader, she has a passion for staffing and has built relationships that span the unique DC market, partnering with some of the nation’s top nonprofits, lobbying firms, trade associations, global professional services organizations, investment boutiques and commercial real estate companies. Ms. Burtman is consistently recognized for adding value to her client companies by finding the right fit and referring the best talent for temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire administrative roles. Her aptitude, professionalism and drive to deliver are why high profile DC clients ask her to fill their toughest openings. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Burtman was Principal at a highly regarded administrative placement boutique in DC, where she was the company’s top producer for several years while training and developing business development staff. She received two Bachelor of Arts Degrees, Magna Cum Laude, from American University where she majored in political science and, through an interdisciplinary major, communications, legal studies, economics and government.

Laura Centofanti, Division Director

Ms. Centofanti is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Associates in Charlotte, NC. Ms. Centofanti has spent the last ten years connecting Charlotte’s top companies with the area’s best available talent. An expert in administrative placement, Ms. Centofanti has spent her entire staffing career in the Charlotte market earning a reputation for outstanding client service, high quality candidate referrals and local market knowledge. In addition to traditional administrative roles, Ms. Centofanti has experience placing professionals in temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire roles in marketing, sales, customer service and corporate support. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Centofanti was a branch manager and top individual producer for a national staffing firm where she also served as a regional sales mentor throughout the Southeast. Ms. Centofanti has broad experience working across all industries with companies of all sizes ranging from the high-volume staffing requirements of Fortune 500 organizations to the important hiring needs of small, private companies. Ms. Centofanti received a Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity College where she majored in Psychology and minored in German.

Laura Lashbrook Colby, Division Director

Ms. Lashbrook Colby is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Associates in the New York City metro area. Her market knowledge, consultative approach, outstanding client service and high level of accountability allow her to function as an extension of the companies she represents. Her leadership, enthusiasm and passion for placement have helped her become a valuable resource for NYC's top administrative talent. She has extensive experience placing support professionals in the consulting, executive search, media, real estate, financial services and investment management industries. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Lashbrook Colby was a top producer at one of NYC’s leading boutique administrative staffing agencies where she managed the direct hire division and supported temporary placement. An avid networker, she is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is on the board of the Human Resources Association of New York (HR/NY). Lori Croyle, Division Director

Ms. Croyle is responsible for managing and directing Beacon Hill Associates in Pittsburgh. She is an experienced professional with a successful track record of establishing, managing and expanding client relationships with companies of all sizes across multiple industries. Ms. Croyle is known for superior client service, high quality candidate referrals, local market expertise and the ability to deliver on high-volume staffing requirements. She invests time with each client to understand their individual hiring process, observe the work environment when possible and properly identify fit. Her work ethic, candor and commitment to project completion have earned Ms. Croyle an outstanding reputation. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Croyle was a branch manager and top individual producer at a well-respected national staffing firm. She has spent her entire professional career working in the Pittsburgh market in sales, recruiting and leadership roles for some of the area’s most recognizable companies. Ms. Croyle graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in marketing.

Heather Harrold-Carpenito, Division Manager

Ms. Harrold-Carpenito is responsible for managing the delivery of temporary staffing services for Beacon Hill Associates in the Boston office. She is one of the firm’s founding members and is well known for her unique ability to handle time sensitive and dynamic client needs while overseeing a vast and diverse active temporary workforce. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Harrold-Carpenito was a leader in one of the largest divisions of an international staffing organization where she ran one of their most successful temporary services operations. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Northeastern University where she majored in psychology.

Sherri Pearl, Principal & Senior Consultant

Ms. Pearl brings more than twenty-five years of placement experience to the firm, and is one of New England’s most successful and highly regarded professionals in the area of administrative and office support personnel. Her impeccable record of client satisfaction, along with her instinctive ability to make placements, has made her a brand name in Boston for more than two decades representing some of the most sought after companies in the region. As a proven expert, consistently bringing market dominance to the placement and staffing firms she has worked with in the past, Ms. Pearl leads business development and service delivery efforts for Beacon Hill Associates and provides strategic guidance to the business overall. Ms. Pirrie is responsible for leading and managing Beacon Hill Associates in Chicago. Ms. Pirrie has earned a reputation as a responsive professional who works hard to learn the business of her clients, refers the best talent and provides consultative input regarding workforce development programs. Her direct approach, maximum effort and high level of accountability to clients allow her to deliver immediate results for all temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire administrative needs. Joanna Puglisi, Managing Director, Executive Committee Member

Ms. Puglisi is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Financial, its national expansion and operation. Expert in both contract staffing and executive search, she is known across the marketplace as a leader in the staffing industry, assembling world-class delivery teams and delivering outstanding service to clients across the country. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Puglisi was President of the finance and accounting contract division of a national, multi-divisional staffing firm. She also served as a regional vice president for the world’s largest specialized staffing firm and began her career in public accounting at a Big Four firm. Ms. Puglisi received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University, where she majored in government.

Amy Van Sicklin, Managing Director, Executive Committee Member

Ms. Van Sicklin founded and launched Beacon Hill Financial, Beacon Hill’s financial specialty division, leads and directs its operation in the Boston area and, as one of the managing directors of Beacon Hill, also serves on the company’s Executive Committee. She is regarded as one of the best search and staffing consultants in the marketplace and, prior to joining Beacon Hill, was a regional manager of accounting and financial search for a globally recognized, multi-divisional staffing organization. She began her placement career at a Boston-based search boutique, quickly becoming the top individual producer in her division, and spent several years prior within the corporate reporting and analysis department of a Fortune 500 company. Ms. Van Sicklin received a Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College where she majored in accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.

Tim Bolduc, Division Manager

Mr. Bolduc is responsible for leading temporary and contract staffing for Beacon Hill Financial in the Boston office. He is highly regarded by both clients and colleagues and has a reputation of providing outstanding client service staffing financial and operational projects with temporary personnel at all levels. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Bolduc was a managing member of a national contract consulting organization where he ran financial temporary staffing. He began his staffing career as a Branch Manager for one of the largest staffing companies in the world. Carolina Giusta, Division Manager

Ms. Giusta is responsible for managing Contract Staffing for Beacon Hill Financial in the Dallas office. She has earned her reputation as a top producer and division leader by developing and retaining business with clients as well as leading teams in providing top talent for Accounting & Finance needs. Her commitment, passion and sense of urgency have earned her a loyal book of business with companies in the Dallas market. Ms. Giusta manages client relationships ranging from small to Fortune 500 companies by offering interim solutions and contract to hire staffing solutions for specialized searches. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, she started her career in the staffing industry as a producer and then Division Director for one of the largest staffing firms in the world. She most recently managed the Accounting & Finance Contract group in Dallas for a Chicago-based national, multi-divisional staffing firm. Ms. Giusta started her corporate career with a Big Four Firm while living in Buenos Aires, Argentina for a couple of years after attending The University of Texas at Austin with a focus in Marketing and Advertising as a major.

Justin Kuhn, Division Director

Mr. Kuhn is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Financial in the Dallas/Fort Worth marketplace. With extensive experience in the Accounting & Finance staffing industry, Mr. Kuhn is known for delivering top quality talent and excellent customer care for clients across all industries, ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Kuhn managed a major market Accounting & Finance temporary staffing office for one of the largest staffing companies in the world and, most recently, built and led the Dallas-Fort Worth market for a boutique Accounting & Finance Executive placement organization. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX.

Bryan Mulhern, Division Director

Mr. Mulhern is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Financial in the Greater Philadelphia marketplace. With extensive experience in both management and personal production within the staffing industry, he has developed long-term relationships with both candidates and clients by taking a customized approach, focusing on delivering the best possible solutions across all situations. His clients have ranged from start-up companies to well-established fortune 500 corporations across all industries, including manufacturing, retail, distribution, utilities, financial services and software. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Mulhern was a practice manager for a national staffing and consulting firm where he was recognized for numerous accomplishments, including Rookie of the Year, Top Producer and Presidents Club member. He began his business career in consulting and played professional baseball upon graduating from college. Mr. Mulhern received a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington and Lee University where he majored in business administration and lettered in baseball all four years.

Michael Pickens, CPA, Division Director

Mr. Pickens is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Financial in the Chicago region and directing Beacon Hill’s executive search practice and its Midwest expansion. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Pickens held various leadership roles within two prominent international recruitment firms where he created and directed multi-disciplinary businesses in both executive search and staffing. He is well known for his commitment to clients and unwavering focus on recruiting exceptional talent for their organizations, and has been recognized as a top producer in the Chicago marketplace for many years. Before beginning a career in executive search and staffing, Mr. Pickens was an audit manager with a Big Four accounting firm leading audits in the energy, financial services, manufacturing and distribution sectors. Mr. Pickens received a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a concentration in accounting from Tulane University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

John David Tarbox, Managing Director, Executive Committee Member

Mr. Tarbox is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Legal's national expansion. Expert in the contract staffing of attorneys, paralegals and legal secretaries, as well as large scale project management, he has been with Beacon Hill since its inception, and has been instrumental in building the Beacon Hill Legal brand partnering with many of the Nation's top firms. He began his staffing career in Boston on the direct (permanent placement) side of the business, and ultimately became known as one of the region's top contract attorney specialists, consistently delivering quality personnel for even the most complex and demanding projects, before managing the contract attorney operation for Beacon Hill's Boston location. Mr. Tarbox sits on the firm’s technology committee and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire.

Heather Box, Division Director

Ms. Box is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Legal in Dallas, TX. A proven staffing industry leader, executing on both the sales and recruiting sides of the business, she has spent her legal staffing career focusing on the temporary, temp-to-hire and direct-hire placement of law firm administrators, paralegals, legal secretaries, legal receptionists and legal file clerks. She is also skilled in staffing contract attorneys for document review projects and is known in the Dallas legal market place as the go-to person for “last minute” temporary staffing needs and as a top resource for substantive contract attorney openings. Prior to Beacon Hill, she was a business solutions manager for a national multi-segment staffing organization and began her legal staffing career as a business development director for the largest legal staffing firm in the country. Ms. Box received a Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude, from Dallas Baptist University where she majored in communication.

Amanda Brandenburg, Division Director

Ms. Brandenburg is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Legal in Atlanta. Having partnered with many of the city’s top law firms and corporations, Amanda has been recognized as one of the best legal recruiters in the Atlanta marketplace for quite some time. She is known for excellence, delivering on document review projects as well as singular temporary and contract-to-hire needs including attorneys, paralegals, contract administrators, legal secretaries and other legal support staff. Prior to Beacon Hill, Ms. Brandenburg ran the Atlanta business development and delivery efforts for one of the largest legal staffing firms in the country, where she was consistently recognized as the top producer in the southeastern region. Cindy Eidnes, JD, Division Director

Ms. Eidnes is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Legal in Minneapolis. She has been a major force in the Twin Cities legal staffing market for almost two decades, providing temporary attorneys to both firms and corporations covering large scale document reviews to high level attorney requirements within various areas of substantive legal expertise. She also specializes in the direct placement of attorneys and has staffed paralegals on both a direct and temporary basis. Prior to Beacon Hill, Ms. Eidnes opened, and managed, the first legal staffing company in the Twin Cities where she quickly became known as the top provider of contract and temporary attorneys in the marketplace.

Ms. Eidnes began her career as a litigator within a law firm in Denver and also worked in-house managing litigation for an insurance company in Connecticut. She is very active in the local legal community, currently serving as a co-chair for the Professional Development Committee of Minnesota Women Lawyers and as a member of the MN-ACC Career Management Committee. Ms. Eidnes received her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and a JD from Stanford Law School.

Ann Eisenreich, Division Director

Ms. Eisenreich is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Legal in Chicago, specializing in both contract staffing and direct-hire placement of the area’s top attorneys, paralegals and legal secretaries. A proven and successful legal recruiter, she has built relationships with Chicago’s most respected law firms – leading searches, delivering temp/contract services and staffing document reviews, and has become the go-to recruiter in Chicago’s legal secretary and paralegal market. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Eisenreich spent nearly twelve years with one of the world’s largest staffing companies where she was often recognized as one of the company’s top performers. She has a strong connection to Chicago’s ALA chapter. Ms. Eisenreich attended Eastern Michigan University where she majored in English Language and Literature and Secondary Education.

Anna-Maria Licata, Division Director

Ms. Licata is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Legal in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a leading staffing expert, she has formed relationships with and has assisted many of San Francisco and the Silicon Valley’s AmLaw 100 law firms and Fortune 500 corporations. Ms. Licata is known for providing superior customer service and diligence in staffing urgent and complex requests for clients, managing large-scale document review projects and delivering project management solutions in San Francisco, New York and Washington DC. She also assists clients with high-level attorney placements across all practice areas and industries. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Licata managed the San Francisco client development efforts for one of the nation’s largest legal staffing companies where she grew and developed the client base significantly. She began her career working for a global accounting firm and received a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of San Francisco where she majored in accounting.

Kendall F. Smardzewski, JD, Division Director

Ms. Smardzewski leads the Washington, DC office for Beacon Hill Legal, serving as Division Director. She brings experience as both a practicing attorney and legal recruiter, focusing on contingent attorneys and paralegals for document reviews, due diligence matters, and highly skilled, industry-specific project work. She has developed relationships with AmLaw 100 firms, national associations and Fortune 500 companies. She began her career as a criminal defense attorney in Virginia before joining Beacon Hill Legal. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Dickinson College where she majored in political science.

Eileen Vega-Lamboy, Division Director

Ms. Vega-Lamboy is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Legal in New York City. A proven staffing industry leader since the mid-1990’s, she has serviced clients in New York, New Jersey, Texas, Florida, California and Washington, DC, focusing on law firms and corporations across all industries with an expertise in banking, entertainment, media and technology. Prior to Beacon Hill, Ms. Vega-Lamboy was a top national producer for one of the country’s largest legal staffing organizations where she specialized in contract/temporary staffing as well as direct-hire placement covering general counsels to partners to associates and firm administrators in all disciplines including, but not limited to, compliance, real estate, corporate and litigation. She is an active member of the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA), the Hispanic Bar Association of NJ, the National Hispanic Bar Association and the Hispanic Federation. Ms. Vega-Lamboy attended Hunter College and majored in psychology.

Betsy Walton, JD, Division Director

Kate Warth, Division Director

Ms. Warth is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Legal in the Houston Area. As a leading staffing expert, she specializes in providing staffing solutions to law firms and in-house legal departments. She is known for her commitment, passion and sense of urgency. Ms. Warth is committed to sourcing and selecting high-quality attorneys as well as skilled legal support professionals for clients on a contingent and permanent basis. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Warth led a top-performing legal staffing office of one of the world’s largest staffing firms and was the top producer. Ms. Warth received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston where she majored in Psychology.

Rita L. Yanes, Division Director

Ms. Yanes is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Legal in South Florida. A resident of the Greater Miami area for more than fifteen years, she has an intimate understanding of the needs of law firms and corporate legal departments in the region and is considered one of the area’s top experts in delivering contract/temporary staffing and direct-hire services. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Yanes was a leader for one of the largest legal staffing firms in the country where she was a top producer and managed relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments throughout the South Florida market. She began her professional career as a litigation paralegal and is an active member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Yanes attended Miami Dade College and double majored in Business as well as Paralegal studies.

Jeff McLaren, Managing Director, Executive Committee Member

Mr. McLaren is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies and its national expansion, overseeing IT staffing service/delivery, sales and daily operations, while personally focusing on key account management for clients spanning the country, from San Francisco to Chicago to Dallas to Boston. He is regarded as one of the best national providers of contract IT talent, known for consistently delivering high quality professionals across the country in project management, programming/development, business analysis, database, infrastructure, QA, help desk/support and ERP roles. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. McLaren was the top account executive at a national IT staffing/consulting firm where he serviced both local and national accounts. He began his IT staffing career in recruiting, locating and delivering hard to find talent in time sensitive situations. Mr. McLaren attended Tulane University and the University of Massachusetts School of Management where he majored in accounting.

Dave Abdou, Recruiting Manager

Mr. Abdou is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Technologies’ National and Strategic Accounts recruiting team, as well as delivering high-quality consultants to our clients. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Abdou spent more than 14 years with a large IT staffing firm where he was consistently recognized as a top performer and leader. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of the Holy Cross, where he was the captain of the baseball team and majored in psychology.

Carla Andrea, Regional Director

Ms. Andrea is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Technologies in the Orange County and Los Angeles markets. She has more than eight years of experience in the IT staffing industry, with a strong background in business development and account management in both the public and private sectors, and is known for hiring and developing teams of top performing technical recruiters and account executives. Ms. Andrea is committed to building long-term partnerships with clients with a focus on high quality and service. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, she was a branch manager in the South Florida market for one of the world’s largest IT staffing firms. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Central Florida where she majored in Education.

Ross Arneberg, Recruiting Manager

Mr. Arneberg is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Technologies’ Minneapolis recruiting team and providing top talent to both local and regional accounts. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, he was a nationally recognized top performer for one of the largest technical staffing firms in the nation where he recruited IT professionals on both a local and national basis. Mr. Arneberg received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of St. Thomas where he majored in entrepreneurship and economics.

Kim Ayers, Division Director

Aaron Mace, CPA CITP, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Committee Member

Mr. Mace is responsible for Beacon Hill's accounting and financial organization, directing all financial and tax reporting, banking, budgeting and planning, as well as the operational areas including payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, information technology and human resources. He also manages the integration of front and back office systems as well as the online timesheet management and billing system. Mr. Mace began his career in public accounting and moved to private industry, working in both domestic and multi-national companies for more than a decade. He is a certified public accountant (CPA), a member of the firm's technology committee and a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP). Mr. Mace received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Saint Michael's College and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in information systems from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University.

Jim Demone, CPA, Assistant Controller

Mr. Demone is responsible for managing Beacon Hill’s accounting department, which oversees company-wide payroll, billing/collections and accounts payable. He also manages the monthly close, the preparation of the company’s financial statements and the preparation of various tax and benefit plan filings. He began his career in public accounting, focusing on multi-national consumer good companies, and prior to joining Beacon Hill was a corporate accounting manager for a publicly traded multi-national manufacturing company. Mr. Demone is a certified public accountant (CPA) and received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a Master of Accounting degree from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University.

Jennifer McDonald, Manager of Administration

Ms. McDonald is responsible for Beacon Hill’s office operations, coordinating policies and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency across the country. In addition to leading Beacon Hill’s team of office coordinators, she is also responsible for facilities and vendor management as well as overseeing event planning, marketing and travel. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. McDonald served as Artistic Administrator for New England’s largest opera company. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Holyoke College where she majored in Political Science.

Sarah Owen, Manager of Operational Accounting

Ms. Owen is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day billing operations with significant involvement in the payroll operations for temporary employees. This includes oversight and management of many of the company’s largest VMS accounts including monitoring time approval, purchase order expiration and collection issues for these strategic clients. Ms. Owen also has a direct role in the monthly close and financial reporting process. Ms. Owen received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bentley College where she majored in Business Management.

Jennifer Ryan, CPP, Payroll/HR Supervisor

Ms. Ryan is responsible for managing the national payroll for all regular, contract and temporary employees. This includes all operational payroll processes as well as partnering with Beacon Hill’s corporate accounting department to ensure the proper withholdings on employee paychecks, the timely submission to regulatory agencies, the timekeeping of contract/temporary employee hours and the distribution of company-wide paychecks.
