Mr. Cain is Managing Director and EVP of Beacon Hill HR and Beacon Hill Associates, responsible for the strategic direction and national operation of both practices. As one of the founders of our company, Mr. Cain has played a key role in Beacon Hill's exponential growth, from its origins as a small, local boutique to a nationally-recognized market leader. Beacon Hill HR provides retained search, direct placement and contract staffing solutions to leading companies across all industries, placing experienced professionals within all functional areas of human resources including Chief Executives, Generalists, Business Partners, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Employee and Labor Relations, HRIS, and Diversity and Inclusion.

Mr. Cain brings more than 20 years of industry experience, beginning his career in staffing as a top individual contributor at a privately-owned boutique in 1997, which was acquired by a large, publicly-traded staffing firm. Mr. Cain continued to be a top individual contributor nationally while leading one of their most successful branches until joining Beacon Hill in 2000. Prior to his career in staffing, Mr. Cain worked for three years in sales and marketing for the Boston Red Sox. He is a member of Beacon Hill's Executive Committee and holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and economics from Boston College, where he graduated from the Carroll School of Management Honors Program and was a member of the Men’s Track & Field team.
