Ms. Pirrie is responsible for leading and managing Beacon Hill Associates in Chicago and Cleveland. Since 2011, Ms. Pirrie has led the Chicago business to record levels of success year after year, establishing Beacon Hill Associates as the premier administrative placement firm in the market, while leading by example as one of the top individual producers in our company. As Regional Director, she is tasked with continuing to expand Chicago operations while establishing operations in Cleveland and in other markets throughout the Midwest region. Ms. Pirrie has earned a reputation as a responsive professional who works hard to learn the business of her clients, only refers the best talent and provides valuable consultative input regarding workforce development programs and overall recruitment strategies. Her direct approach, maximum effort and high level of accountability to clients allow her to deliver immediate results for all temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire administrative needs. With a diverse mix of clients including leaders in the financial services, technology, healthcare, consulting and professional services industries, Ms. Pirrie manages client relationships ranging from the Fortune 500 to emerging growth companies. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Pirrie was the top producer of a regional staffing firm based in Chicago where she was consistently recognized for her leadership, effectiveness and outstanding account management. A dual U.S./Australia citizen, Ms. Pirrie began her staffing career overseas recruiting IT professionals for one of Australia’s most successful recruitment firms. Ms. Pirrie received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago where she majored in Marketing and Spanish and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate, is an active networker and current member of the Chicago chapter of the Society of Human Resources Professionals (SHRM).
