Ms. Ethridge leads Beacon Hill Staffing Group’s Marketing and Strategic Sales Support functions, which represent the company’s primary brand presence. Supporting a network of nearly 900 internal employees and a following of more than 200,000 candidates and clients, the communications and marketing team serve as brand ambassadors, representing Beacon Hill’s:

Calling on a decade of staffing industry and management experience, Ms. Ethridge manages Beacon Hill’s marketing strategy, tactics, and initiatives for all internal and external media and deliverables. She drives process execution and adoption across all company divisions, drawing on her successful navigation of large, matrixed organizations on both a national and global scale. Ms. Ethridge consults with team leaders to enhance the company’s relations with vendors including online talent networks, job boards, employer brand resources, proposal management, industry organizations, market analytics, and business intelligence platforms.
Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Ethridge developed a deep understanding of the staffing industry and business development during her tenure as a Team Lead for the world’s largest staffing and HR solutions provider. Her passion for customer service and continuous improvement stems from nearly a decade of service in a variety of roles within hospitality, including as a manager for one of the nation’s largest restaurant operators. Ms. Ethridge is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Isenberg School of Management.
