Ms. Cook is responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of our in-house applicant tracking systems and onboarding software, as well as managing our erecruit-helpdesk for our internal users. This group is the main point of contact for any questions/issues/ad-hoc training on our software, as well as teaching/encouraging our software’s best practices and maintaining data integrity. Ms. Cook is also involved in a majority of bug tracking/software testing with our payroll groups and front office. She began her career at Beacon Hill as an IT recruiter with Beacon Hill Technologies in 2011, before transitioning into an IT role in 2014. Ms. Cook graduated from the University of Tampa where she received a Bachelor degree in communications.
