Learning & Development Manager
Ms. Ferguson is responsible for building Beacon Hill’s front office learning and development strategy for business development, recruitment, and management development, developing curriculum and executing training across all Beacon Hill divisions.
With a background in sales, she was a four time President’s Club recipient while working for one of the nation’s largest IT staffing firms. Most recently, she led the sales training and development team for the world’s largest publicly traded recruitment firm, creating the training curriculum from the ground up. Outside of work, Ms. Ferguson sits on the Board of Directors for East Carolina University’s Alumni Association, and is an active member of Junior League.
