Beacon Hill Staffing Group was recently recognized on three notable Comparably lists: Best CEOs for Women, Best CEOs for Diversity, and Best Companies for Career Growth.
For Best CEOs for Women, Beacon Hill ranked #22 out of 50 large companies recognized across the country, a ranking based on a compilation of 10 million ratings provided solely by female employees across 60,000 companies. Beacon Hill was one out of two large staffing companies that made it on the list.
For Best CEOs for Diversity, Beacon Hill ranked #32 out of 50 large companies recognized across the country. This ranking was derived from ratings provided exclusively by employees of color (non-Caucasian). Once again, this ranking was based on a data set consisting of 10 million ratings across 60,000 companies within the United States.
Rankings in both categories were determined by the most positive ratings surrounding the CEO’s overall effectiveness and management style.
For Best Companies for Career Growth, Beacon Hill ranked #28 out of 50 large companies named to this list. Comparably’s rankings for this list were based on employees who anonymously rated their professional development opportunities. Sample questions included examples such as the following:
- Does your current company provide meaningful opportunities for career advancement?
- Are you challenged at work?
- How often do you get valuable feedback on how to improve at work?
Ratings within all three of these categories were compiled during the COVID-19 pandemic (June of 2020 to June of 2021), indicating that even amid extreme hardship, the overall satisfaction of Beacon Hill employees with their leadership and personal/professional growth remained of the utmost importance.
