Clinical Research Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic clinical research professional who shares our passion for bringing innovative medicines to patients. The Clinical Research Coordinator is an integral member of our clinical trials teams whose primary responsibility is to assist in the organization, collection, and tracking of clinical information related to Phase 1-4 clinical trials. The Clinical Research Coordinator's assignment will involve multiple clinical research studies.
? Collaborates closely with clinical trial managers and clinical research associates, cross-functional study teams, and CRO partners;
? Supports implementation and management of clinical research studies through file management and clinical project document control. At times may be asked to interact with clinical sites;
? Assists the clinical project teams in project related activities, such as creating study binders, shipping study documents;
? Participates in study team meetings and drafts meeting minutes and agendas;
? Reviews and tracks clinical trial regulatory documents;
? Assists in the planning and preparation for investigator meetings;
? Maintains study tracking tools, metrics, and study calendars;
? Works closely with Records Management, Regulatory, and CROs to ensure adequate clinical trial documentation;
? Completion of telephone logs, notes to file, and status reports;
? Some travel may be required.
? B.S. or equivalent;
? Some experience in clinical research at a hospital, CRO, or biopharmaceutical company is desirable but not required;
? Superior understanding of Microsoft Office products;
? Aptitude for organizational detail and strong analytical skills;
? Capacity to complete tasks independently in a highly-regulated environment;
? Flexibility to function well within a team environment and flexible to changing timelines and challenges;
? Ability to verbalize complex study issues and demonstrated problem-solving ability;
? Basic understanding or willingness to learn FDA regulatory requirements and good clinical practice (GCP).
