Occupational Health Specialist

Examinetics is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join our team to offer audiometric and additional occupational health testing services. In this client-facing role, the OHS is traveling to client sites by truck to administer testing for client employees across multiple industries including transportation, food processing, manufacturing, and mining.
Core responsibilities for this role include administering audiometric, respirator fit & clearance testing, vitals, and vision tests.
We are looking for a jack (or jill)-of-all-trades, someone that enjoys the self-directed motivation needed to thrive in the field, a track record of successful problem-solving/troubleshooting execution, strong client relations skills and someone that is highly resilient to change.

$10,000 performance bonus paid quarterly ($2,500 x 4 times per year)!
This Job Description may not include all of the duties assigned to the employee and may be updated and
modified by the department supervisor, according to the operational dynamics and needs of the company.
- Travel to client sites by air and road.
- Drive company issued truck (26') 5-6 days per week.
- Adhere to DOT, OSHA, HIPAA, and Examinetics policies and rules always.
- Provide quality, frictionless service to clients.

Education and/or Experience
- 1+ years' experience in a similar role
- Current CAOHC certification
- Active DOT medical card (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 21 years old
- Valid state driver's license in state of job posting with a good driving record
- Client relations experience
- DOT e-Log experience (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft products (Outlook, 365, Teams etc)
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
