Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a temporary to hire Practice Group Project Coordinator to support their busy Washington, DC office starting ASAP!
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of meetings, conferences, and outings logistics.
- Ensure applicable processes are followed to uphold compliance.
- Oversee daily operations and provide general administrative support.
- Support annual budget preparations, timekeepers, and marketing development.
- Assist with other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience are required.
- Prior law firm experience is a plus!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, graphics, and computer/software skills required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be proactive with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation/Benefits:
- $27/hr-$33/hr while temporary.
- Salary of $65k-$75k when permanent, DOE.
- Onsite 5 days per week.
- Metro accessible office in Washington, DC.
