POSITION: ASSET MANAGER
LOCATION: NORTH RANDALL, OH
INDUSTRY: REAL ESTATE
We are seeking an Asset Manager to join a growing real estate company located in North Randall, OH. This is a hybrid role of in-office and remote. The Real Estate Asset Manager is key to optimizing the value of a real estate portfolio by driving revenue growth, managing expenses, and overseeing capital and debt strategies. This role focuses on maximizing financial returns, supporting investor relations, and aligning property performance with long-term objectives while adhering to the company's Core Values.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset Management:
- Lead post-acquisition reviews, prepare rolling forecasts, and support cash forecasting.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend strategies to enhance asset returns.
- Assess portfolio holdings to identify underperforming assets and propose alternatives.
- Prepare summaries and maintain valuation schedules for all assets.
- Marketing & Leasing:
- Oversee lease deals, negotiate terms, and provide leadership in creating marketing plans.
- Lead transaction teams and coordinate lease packages for owner approval.
- Property & Project Management:
- Guide budget development, review operational statements, and approve capital expenditures.
- Oversee service agreements, address accounts receivable, and ensure compliance with operating metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years in commercial real estate with strong financial, analytical, and transaction structuring skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, lease analysis, and interpreting complex documents.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Argus and MRI software is a plus.
