Our client, a prominent, growing consulting firm, seeks a dynamic Sr. HR Manager to join their team in the NYC office.The ideal candidate possesses a plethora of experience with M&A, onboarding, and integration of employees. In addition, well-rounded expeirence in areas such as compensation, policy, training, and talent management are also key facets of this role. The ability to build strong relationships quickly, a highly-organized self-starter, and a strong service mindset are all characteristics that will allow someone to excel in this position. - Bachelors' degree, required.
- 7+ years of well-rounded HR experience within a financial or professional services industry environment.
- Experience directly with M&As, onboarding, and integration.
- A well-rounded skillset in functions such as onboarding, compensaiton, and talent management.
The salary range for this role is $125k-$200k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
