Our client, a prominent, growing consulting firm, seeks a dynamic, experienced Talent Program Manager to join their team in the NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to develop and manage large-scale talent programs from inception to implemention, as well as can establish career pathing in partnership with the broader people function. In addition, developing training resources to address skill gaps, increasing employee engagement, and aligning talent strategy to business goals are key facets of the role. - Bachelors' degree, required.
- 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Financial services or professional services industry experience, required.
- The ability to lead large scale talent initiatives that align people strategy to business goals.
The salary range for this role is $100k-$115k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
