Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal for the Indianapolis office of a top national full-service law firm. The Paralegal will support the firm's Business Group attorneys with a variety of corporate and transactional matters. This is a hybrid position. Duties include, but aren't limited to:

• Preparing organizational documents including entity formations and dissolutions, qualifications, incorporations, dissolution documents, minute books, stock certificates, and more;
• Ordering lien searches and preparing results summaries;
• Preparing board and stockholder consents;
• Calculating franchise taxes in multiple jurisdictions;
• Assisting with preparing forms required for SEC and state filings;
• Completing and filing forms for obtaining EINS;
• Maintaining frequent client communications;
• Preparing closing certificates;
• And more!

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of corporate/transactional experience in a law firm setting;
• Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity;
• Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred.
