Mr. Paglia is responsible for directing a portfolio of technology companies at Beacon Hill Technologies. With extensive experience in the Software, Hardware, Consulting industry. Mr. Paglia is known for his transparency, authenticity and a deep desire to learn his clients business. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Paglia has managed major markets for one of the largest professional service companies in the world and, most recently, built and led the West Coast for a boutique professional services organization. He received a Bachelors degree from Arizona State University, still plays ice hockey weekly and is married with 3 children.
