Ms. Baker is responsible for leading and managing Beacon Hill Associates in Cleveland. Ms. Baker has partnered with industry leading companies for many years to deliver the area’s best talent in Administrative, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting and Operational Support positions. She has built strong relationships with companies of all sizes, earning credibility with her clients through transparent, honest and direct communication. Ms. Baker is known for her dedication to project completion, always working hard to deliver the ideal candidate at the right time. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Baker held leadership positions in two Ohio locations of a large, national staffing firm, beginning her career as a Staffing Manager before earning promotions to Division Director and Branch Manager. Throughout her tenure, she was also a top individual producer. Prior to staffing, Ms. Baker worked for several years managing administrative operations for a leading regional healthcare provider based in Cleveland. Ms. Baker graduated from Cleveland State University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology.
