Kristin Rapp
Business Development Manager
Ms. Rapp is responsible for leading the business development functions for the Charlotte sales team. She joined Beacon Hill in December 2021 after working for another large staffing firm for over seven years. Ms. Rapp has been a recruiter and has held roles in sales and management. It is through these roles that she found her drive for helping develop others and see them succeed. She is excited to build her career at Beacon Hill and can’t wait to watch the team grow. Ms. Rapp has lived in Charlotte for 13 years and attended Auburn University.
