Mr. Todd is responsible for Beacon Hill Solutions’ business development results. His primary duties include client education on novel management approaches for contingent labor talent acquisition. Mr. Todd consults with Procurement and Human Resource stakeholder groups in order to understand their priorities and explore better ways to manage an often overlooked and sometimes hidden spend category. He collaborates with client stakeholders and Beacon Hill operations experts to develop needs-based programs that directly address his clients’ challenges.

Mr. Todd brings over 17 years’ experience supporting clients with diverse human capital needs. Since 2014, Mr. Todd has focused his consulting in the MSP/VMS space by helping dynamic organizations enhance their contingent labor process. Mr. Todd brings a mature, well-balanced outlook into every client engagement and truly enjoys designing solutions to help his clients better compete in today’s market.

Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Todd provided holistic HR consulting with a focus on total human capital outsourcing through the establishment of Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services. In his early career, he consulted and managed teams supporting specific HR program-related client needs including organizational development, policy development and procedural mapping, health and welfare benefits, 401(k), and FSA administration, as well as strategic employee sourcing, training and development programs for his clients. Mr. Todd has also worked as a subject matter expert in the pharmaceutical supply-chain space. Mr. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Shippensburg University, where he majored in public administration.
