Ms. Nicewanner started with Beacon Hill Staffing Group in 2014, bringing with her over ten years in the staffing industry and technical experience of content creation software. She provides a key role in content creation, customized training, and helping sales and recruiters excel in their careers. As part of the training team, Ms. Nicewanner and her associates have amassed training material that continues to help shape the talent and focus of Beacon Hill Staffing Group, both new and experienced. She has a passion for improving, supporting, training, and growing the skilled resources of Beacon Hill. Ms. Nicewanner attended Southern Illinois University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in workforce education and development, specializing in instructional design.
