Human Resources Manager
Ms. Goodrich is responsible for managing benefits and compliance for all regular, contract and temp employees. This includes processing policy updates, resolving benefits – related issues, and contributing to the development of departmental procedures and practices. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Thompson served as a Human Resources Manager at a Technology company. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell where she majored in Psychology and minored in Business.
