Ray is responsible for managing Beacon Hill Technologies’ Dallas team across our Engineering & Government Services division. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, he led high-performing recruiting teams within the IT Consulting arena and spent time within Big Tech building DEI recruitment teams and processes. Ray received a Master of Science Degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe where he majored in Forensic Psychology. Since 2021, he’s served as a career coach at Hire Heroes USA for military professionals transitioning to civilian employment.
