Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Williams served as a senior regional vice president for one of the world's largest global staffing organizations. In this former role, he served on their executive committee while leading the largest region for its fastest-growing solutions division, creating blended delivery operations across multiple services for the mid-market to large Fortune 500 companies across the United States. Mr. Williams attended the University of Maryland and has many hours of solution sales and strategy coursework to his credit.
Mrs. Rogers is originally from Louisville, Kentucky and graduated from the University of Louisville with a double major in Psychology and Sociology. She has worked within the Staffing Industry for over 6 years. She currently delivers her clients access to comprehensive staffing services through an onsite or remote, Managed Service Program. Mr. Campbell is responsible for leading and directing onsite client operations and service delivery for Beacon Hill Solutions in the Greater Boston Area. He is tasked with daily oversight and operational support of MSP programs, utilizing VMS technology as a vehicle to partner with our clients to achieve greater visibility and efficiencies across their contingent workforce platform. Prior to Beacon Hill, Mr. Campbell worked as a Technical Recruiter for 4.5 years at a Boston-based staffing agency. Here he gained exposure to MSP programs as well as sales & recruiting processes while supporting clients in a variety of industries including Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Campbell attended the University of Rhode Island where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Mr. Darisse is responsible for leading and directing onsite client operations and service delivery for Beacon Hill Solutions in Boston. He leads teams tasked with daily oversight and operational support of an MSP program utilizing VMS technology as a vehicle to partner with our clients to achieve greater visibility and efficiencies across their contingent workforce platforms. Mr. Darisse has worked in the staffing industry for 19 years and has solutions for clients within IT, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries. He has spent the past eleven years providing strategic and consultative workforce management solutions in Managed Solutions Provider (MSP) environments. He has gained extensive knowledge in compliance, employee relations, operations management, supply chain management, talent acquisition and talent analytics. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Darisse worked for a leading global provider of talent management solutions as a Program Manager responsible for delivering best in class talent solutions and operations management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and International Business from Saint Michael’s College.
Mr. Goodman is responsible for the planning, design, coordination, and execution of Beacon Hill Solutions MSP programs. He is tasked with architecting the solutions that have been agreed upon by our clients and sales/operational leaders, including documentation of our clients' stated future state program and organizational goals. Mr. Goodman drives the details and processes that result in seamless program transitions. He works on-site alongside our clients, while also engaging VMS and internal Beacon Hill specialists in order to execute the defined tasks and timeline. Mr. Goodman additionally works side-by-side with our MSP leadership and new Program Management Office representatives, who are selected specifically for each client, to ensure that all systems and processes are effectively running. He conducts extensive User Acceptance Testing of the VMS and remains on-board after go-live, readily accessible to address post-launch adjustments.
