Mr. Campbell is responsible for leading and directing onsite client operations and service delivery for Beacon Hill Solutions in the Greater Boston Area. He is tasked with daily oversight and operational support of MSP programs, utilizing VMS technology as a vehicle to partner with our clients to achieve greater visibility and efficiencies across their contingent workforce platform. Prior to Beacon Hill, Mr. Campbell worked as a Technical Recruiter for 4.5 years at a Boston-based staffing agency. Here he gained exposure to MSP programs as well as sales & recruiting processes while supporting clients in a variety of industries including Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Campbell attended the University of Rhode Island where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
