Christmas Day Holiday Payroll
Beacon Hill will be running payroll on Monday, December 23rd, 2024, for the week of the Christmas Day Holiday. All approved timesheets will be due no later than Saturday, December 21st, 2024, for hours worked for period ending 12/21/2024.
All checks/direct deposits will be dated Friday, December 27th, 2024.
New Year’s Day Holiday Payroll
Beacon Hill will be running payroll on Monday, December 30th, 2024, for the week of the New Year’s Day Holiday. All approved timesheets will be due no later than Saturday, December 28th, 2024, for hours worked for period ending 12/28/2024.
All checks/direct deposits will be dated Friday, January 3rd, 2025.

We are making a conscious effort to move towards a greener future. So, Beacon Hill wants you to receive your W2 and 1095-C electronically! There has been a system update in Dayforce that will require everyone to re-enroll to receive their year-end tax forms electronically. If you do not enroll, you will receive year-end tax forms by paper in the mail. This is for active or terminated employees that worked in tax year 2024.
Please follow the instructions below to request your tax forms electronically:
- Go to https://dayforcehcm.com
- Enter the Company ID (beaconhillsg), your username, and password. If you do not remember your username or password, please reach out to payroll and we can assist with resetting your password.
- Click on "Profile" (the link under your name).
- Stay in the personal section and scroll down to Payroll Information. Click on the pencil next to Year End Form Delivery.
- Check off the box W-2 and 1095-C to opt-in to receive your forms electronically.
- Click approve.
