Summary: Our client, a Tribal American owned small business was awarded a large Task Order under a 5 year long IDIQ contract at Defense Information Systems Agency to handle all of the user support for a large Enterprise level Support Services contract.
Challenge: Our client needed to staff a 24/7 Service Desk with staff possessing active security clearances and a high level of technical proficiencies in Desktop and Server Support. Our client needed this team screened, hired, and on-boarded in a rapid fashion. They were not meeting prior service level agreements and the call resolution metrics needed to be improved.

Summary: Our client, a leading provider of information technology and Cyber security solutions, needed to provide a team of Certification and Accreditation (C&A) Analysts to support a multi-agency program requiring active security clearances.
Challenge: The Department of Health and Human Services needed demonstrated IT security experience conducting vulnerability assessments, penetration assessments, web site assessment, and database assessments. In addition, they needed analysts who were savvy enough to work in a customer facing environment.
Solution: Beacon Hill Government Services was able to build a team of highly respected analysts who provided in-depth knowledge of laws, directives, orders, etc. pertaining to IT security, and directing Federal government agencies. Our team also had the ability to deliver and conduct audits and reviews to re-certify the adequacy and proper functioning of security safeguards and to identify any vulnerability that could impair security of sensitive data or valuable resources of SA&TT customers.
Result: HHS was not only able to audit all of their systems in question, but was able to use our client’s team to provide the same level of IV&V services to other civilian and DOD Agencies under the contract, generating revenue and accolades for the agency by the quality of the work performed.
Summary: Our client, a large systems integrator, has been supporting the Department of Justice on an asset forfeiture tracking system. Another law enforcement agency that accessed that system needed to understand the interdependencies between their internal systems and the systems that were feeding data to the asset forfeiture tracking system.
