Jeff McLaren

Mr. McLaren is Managing Director and EVP of Beacon Hill Technologies and Beacon Hill Government Services and is responsible for the strategy, operations, general oversight, growth and national expansion of both specialty divisions.
Mr. McLaren was the first employee of Beacon Hill Technologies and has led it from startup in 2005 to become one of the largest, fastest-growing and most respected technology firms in the US. Beacon Hill Technologies now services clients across the United States leveraging a comprehensive suite of technology services including office locations in 30 different markets, a National & Strategic Accounts sales organization, National Recruiting & Delivery, Global Talent Solutions and a Technology Consulting & Solutions practice. Under Mr. McLaren’s leadership, Beacon Hill Technologies has gained market share each year and has grown from startup to the 20th largest firm in the US.
Mr. McLaren also oversees Beacon Hill Government Services, which he helped establish and which supports the public and private sectors, servicing various state and local, civilian, defense, intelligence, and homeland security agencies, offering highly-skilled technology consultants across a broad range of clearance levels. Beacon Hill National Security, a specialty offering of Beacon Hill Government Services, was established to specialize in identifying, attracting and retaining top-tier resources within the cleared national security arena.
Mr. McLaren started his career in 2000 as an IT recruiting specialist for a boutique firm, before moving into sales and account management. He quickly gained a reputation of exceeding expectations by understanding customer business and technology challenges, project objectives, and consistently delivering unique solutions and top-tier consultants in an efficient, reliable, and timely manner, ensuring successful project outcomes. Mr. McLaren attended Tulane University and transferred to the University of Massachusetts, Isenberg School of Management, where he majored in accounting. He serves as a member of Beacon Hill’s Executive Committee.
