Our client needed to staff a 24/7 Service Desk with staff possessing active security clearances and a high level of technical proficiencies in Desktop and Server Support. Our client needed this team screened, hired, and on-boarded in a rapid fashion. They were not meeting prior service level agreements and the call resolution metrics needed to be improved.

Solution

Beacon Hill’s Government Services team was able to fully vet a team of over 30 high-quality desktop and server support engineers and handle all of the clearance transfers within 30 days.

The Results

Beacon Hill’s team was fully operational within the 30 day window, providing high quality support and covering a 24/7 window of operation. Many of Beacon Hill’s team members were quickly promoted to supervisory and management level roles. Our client has been able to increase its contract scope with its Government client.
