Melissa oversees the Finance Temporary team in Washington, DC. While she started off at Beacon Hill a Staffing Consultant, she ultimately made the decision to switch to become an Account Executive. By doing this, she was able to gain a unique insight to both sides of the staffing industry. She’s been able to leverage this experience to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike. She came to Beacon Hill after graduating from Towson University, where she got a bachelor’s degree in information technology. During her free time, she gets involved in her community by volunteering for Reading Partners.
Mr. Bolduc is responsible for leading temporary and contract staffing for Beacon Hill Financial in the Boston office. He is highly regarded by both clients and colleagues and has a reputation of providing outstanding client service staffing financial and operational projects with temporary personnel at all levels. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Bolduc was a managing member of a national contract consulting organization where he ran financial temporary staffing. He began his staffing career as a Branch Manager for one of the largest staffing companies in the world. Mr. Bolduc received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lynn University where he majored in marketing.
Mrs. Carufel is responsible for building and leading Beacon Hill Financial in Minneapolis. She is known for providing an exceptional customer experience and delivering top talent. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mrs. Carufel spent over 10 years within staffing at two of the largest specialized staffing firms, where she lead top performing teams in addition to maintaining enterprise-wide relationships. She attended Iowa State University where she received a Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Ms. Dahlstrom is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Financial’s Chicago-Oakbrook contract team by delivering top talent and consultants to our clients and expanding our local market share to the Chicago suburbs. Ms. Dahlstrom joined Beacon Hill Financial in 2013 at our Chicago loop location. With extensive experience in relationship based consulting she has developed customized solutions for companies ranging from local start-ups to global organizations; focusing on delivering the best possible solutions across all situations. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa.
Mr. Daves is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Financial in the St. Louis and Nashville marketplaces. He is known for his extensive management experience and the ability to provide exceptional levels of customer service, while providing top talent to the area’s businesses on both a contract/temporary and direct-hire basis. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Daves was responsible for managing a staffing operation for the world’s largest specialized staffing firm where, in addition to his operations management, he was responsible for maintaining enterprise-wide relationships, on a national basis, for staffing and recruiting with many of the nation’s Fortune 1000 companies coast to coast. Mr. Daves received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Drury University, where he majored in business management.
Mrs. Denniston is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Financial in the Seattle, Portland and Denver marketplace. With extensive experience in the accounting and finance staffing sectors, she is responsible for overseeing all offerings and delivery models in the market, including but not limited to, executive search, direct-hire, and temporary/contract placement. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mrs. Denniston was a branch manager for one of the nation’s top-producing offices within a global accounting and finance staffing firm. She attended the University of South Florida as an accounting major and worked as an accountant professionally before transitioning to the staffing industry.
Mr. Gerard is responsible for leading and directing the Beacon Hill Financial team in the Phoenix metro market. Having successfully led multiple teams in the Phoenix staffing market spanning a decade, he brings a high level of expertise and local knowledge to the team. He oversees all service offerings in the market including temporary/contract placement, consulting service through Beacon Hill’s Dedicated Resource program, and direct-hire services. Branches led by Mr. Gerard have achieved double-digit, year-over-year growth in eight of the nine years he was in leadership. He equates his success to the strong relationships he built and established over the years. Mr. Gerard studied business management at Indiana University and graduated in 2007. A move to Phoenix in 2009 marked the first time of his life he’d venture outside the Mid-West and after 14 years, he now calls Arizona his home.
Ms. Hendrickson is responsible for leading and developing the Temporary Finance Recruiting Team in the Greater Philadelphia Market. She oversees the selection and screening of finance & accounting consulting professionals in the area for a wide variety of clients. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Hendrickson was the Business Development Manager for a direct marketing firm that supported some of the largest retailers across the country. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Kuhn is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Financial in the Dallas/Fort Worth marketplace. With extensive experience in the Accounting & Finance staffing industry, Mr. Kuhn is known for delivering top quality talent and excellent customer care for clients across all industries, ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Kuhn managed a major market Accounting & Finance temporary staffing office for one of the largest staffing companies in the world and, most recently, built and led the Dallas-Fort Worth market for a boutique Accounting & Finance Executive placement organization. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX.
Ms. Menon is responsible for leading, mentoring and developing the recruiting team for Beacon Hill Financial in Boston. She oversees the sourcing, screening, selection, and temporary placement of finance talent in the Boston marketplace. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Menon started her career in temporary staffing for all areas before joining BH Financial in 2016. Ms. Menon received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester.
Ms. Moore is responsible for leading and directing the Beacon Hill Financial team in the Charlotte marketplace. With extensive experience recruiting accounting and financial professionals at all levels, she is known for her excellent customer service and diligence working with clients and candidates. In her current role, Ms. Moore is responsible for overseeing the Beacon Hill Finance team including but not limited to accounting and finance recruiting, relationship building, career development, client relationship management, direct-hire and temporary/contract placement. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Moore was in a leadership role with a local financial recruiting firm where she built and managed a very successful Finance & Accounting team. In addition to her exceptional leadership skills, Ms. Moore was instrumental in the development and growth of their accounting and finance staffing platform, and consistently recognized as one of the firm’s top producers. Ms. Moore graduated with a Bachelor‘s degree from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she majored in Psychology and Criminal Justice.
Mr. Mulhern is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Financial in the Greater Philadelphia marketplace, as well as overseeing operations in the DC Metro area. With extensive experience in both management and personal production within the staffing industry, he has developed long-term relationships with both candidates and clients by taking a customized approach, focusing on delivering the best possible solutions across all situations. His clients have ranged from start-up companies to well-established fortune 500 corporations across all industries, including manufacturing, retail, distribution, utilities, financial services and software. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Mulhern was a practice manager for a national staffing and consulting firm where he was recognized for numerous accomplishments, including Rookie of the Year, Top Producer and Presidents Club member. He began his business career in consulting and played professional baseball upon graduating from college. Mr. Mulhern received a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington and Lee University where he majored in business administration and lettered in baseball all four years.
Mr. Pickens is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Financial in the Chicago region and managing Beacon Hill’s executive search practice and its Midwest expansion. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Pickens held various leadership roles within two prominent international recruitment firms where he created and directed multi-disciplinary businesses in both executive search and staffing. He is well known for his commitment to clients and unwavering focus on recruiting exceptional talent for their organizations, and has been recognized as a top producer in the Chicago marketplace for many years. Before beginning a career in executive search and staffing, Mr. Pickens was an audit manager with a Big Four accounting firm leading audits in the energy, financial services, manufacturing and distribution sectors. Mr. Pickens received a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a concentration in accounting from Tulane University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Prior to joining Beacon Hill, he was responsible for managing recruitment operations for a boutique firm that specialized in maintaining tenured candidate and client relationships. Mr. Szeniawski is responsible for leading executive search for Beacon Hill Financial in the Greater Boston area. Overseeing both contingency and retained search, Mr. Szeniawski is known for delivering customized staffing solutions to clients that range from startup to well-established global organizations. Mr. Szeniawski began his career with Beacon Hill Financial and has held a variety of leadership roles, while also being a top individual contributor. Ms. Walser is responsible for leading and developing the Temporary Finance Recruiting Team in the Greater Seattle and Denver Metropolitan Markets. She oversees the selection and screening of finance & accounting consulting professionals in the areas for a wide variety of clients. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Walser graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She was a recognized athlete in both Women’s Volleyball, Soccer and Softball, and spent her free time volunteering for the Seattle Children’s Hospital.
Ms. Williams is responsible for leading and developing the Beacon Hill Financial Temporary Staffing Team in the Philadelphia market. As an experienced leader whose reputation precedes her, on both the client and candidate side, Ms. Williams’ extensive leadership background has earned her top recognition in the staffing industry. Her stellar reputation as a relationship builder, whose approach is fair and collaborative, has garnered respect among both her colleagues and candidates alike. Ms. Williams firmly believes in and exemplifies the importance of leading by example.
