Ms. Puglisi is responsible for leading Beacon Hill Financial in the New York City marketplace. With extensive experience staffing accounting and financial professionals at all levels, she is known for delivering excellent customer service and providing the market’s top talent to the area’s top companies. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Puglisi was a director of permanent services for the world’s largest specialized staffing firm, where she built and managed a very successful Finance & Accounting placement organization. In addition to her exceptional leadership skills, Ms. Puglisi was consistently recognized as one of the firm’s top producers, both in her marketplace and across the world. Ms. Puglisi received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University, where she majored in liberal arts.
