Mr. Gerard is responsible for leading and directing the Beacon Hill Financial team in the Phoenix metro market. Having successfully led multiple teams in the Phoenix staffing market spanning a decade, he brings a high level of expertise and local knowledge to the team. He oversees all service offerings in the market including temporary/contract placement, consulting service through Beacon Hill’s Dedicated Resource program, and direct-hire services. Branches led by Mr. Gerard have achieved double-digit, year-over-year growth in eight of the nine years he was in leadership. He equates his success to the strong relationships he built and established over the years. Mr. Gerard studied business management at Indiana University and graduated in 2007. A move to Phoenix in 2009 marked the first time of his life he’d venture outside the Mid-West and after 14 years, he now calls Arizona his home.
