Ms. Menon is responsible for leading, mentoring and developing the recruiting team for Beacon Hill Financial in Boston. She oversees the sourcing, screening, selection, and temporary placement of finance talent in the Boston marketplace. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Menon started her career in temporary staffing for all areas before joining BH Financial in 2016. Ms. Menon received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester.
