Andre Campagna is a founding member of Beacon Hill Legal’s direct-hire attorney search practice. Mr. Campagna leads the Northeast region and is responsible for mentoring a seasoned team of direct hire consultants in addition to managing a large and diverse portfolio of client relationships. With deep market and industry knowledge gained during his 20+ years with Beacon Hill, Mr. Campagna has earned a reputation for being a trusted strategic partner to C-Suite and senior leadership of some of the region’s top corporations and law firms. Over the years he has also used his natural relationship management skills to build one of the industry’s strongest talent networks.
In addition to enjoying a successful career with Beacon Hill Legal, Mr. Campagna has devoted considerable time volunteering and fundraising for Boston area non-profit organizations including Community Servings, Fenway Health and GLAD (GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders). He was appointed to GLAD’s Board of Directors in 2014, serving through 2018. Mr. Campagna is currently a member of Beacon Hill’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Taskforce, co-chairing the Employee Resource Network and Colleague Engagement subcommittees.
Prior to joining Beacon Hill in 2000, Mr. Campagna was the division manager for a Boston-based legal placement firm. Mr. Campagna graduated with a degree in economics and a minor in english from Stonehill College. Outside of work, Mr. Campagna enjoys playing tennis, skiing, and landscape design.
Ms. Duval is responsible for overseeing a team of project coordinators to organize and facilitate temporary document review and e-discovery projects for the Legal division. Megan has been working as a project coordinator for Beacon Hill Legal since 2018, and in 2021 transitioned to a leadership role. Megan takes pride in establishing strong relationships with vendors and seamlessly coordinating all logistical requirements throughout the lifecycle of each project. Megan and her team work directly with division directors, account executives, recruiters and candidates to deliver unparalleled support, quality and efficiency. In addition, Megan works in conjunction with the accounting team to process invoices, track project charges, and ensure cost-effectiveness for each assignment. Megan attended Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, MA where she majored in Psychology and was a member of Phi Sigma Sigma.
Ms. Eidnes is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Legal in Minneapolis. She has been a major force in the Twin Cities legal staffing market for over two decades, providing temporary attorneys to both firms and corporations covering large scale document reviews to high level attorney requirements within various areas of substantive legal expertise. She also specializes in the direct placement of attorneys and has staffed paralegals on both a direct and temporary basis. Prior to Beacon Hill, Ms. Eidnes opened and managed the first legal staffing company in the Twin Cities to provide temporary attorneys for document review projects. She quickly became known as the top provider of contract and temporary attorneys in the marketplace.
Ms. Eisenreich is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Legal in Chicago, specializing in both contract staffing and direct-hire placement of the area’s top attorneys, paralegals and legal secretaries. A proven and successful legal recruiter, she has built relationships with Chicago’s most respected law firms – leading searches, delivering temp/contract services and staffing document reviews, and has become the go-to recruiter in Chicago’s legal secretary and paralegal market. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Eisenreich spent nearly twelve years with one of the world’s largest staffing companies where she was often recognized as one of the company’s top performers. She has a strong connection to Chicago’s ALA chapter. Ms. Eisenreich attended Eastern Michigan University where she majored in English Language and Literature and Secondary Education.
Ms. Lee leads the Atlanta temp team for Beacon Hill Legal, serving as Division Manager. She has been with Beacon Hill Legal since 2015, starting as a Staffing Consultant right after graduating from the University of Alabama. She has since been promoted to Senior Staffing Consultant, Account Executive, and now Division Manager. She works with clients throughout the Southeast, including Atlanta, Nashville, and Columbia, SC to provide solutions for contract attorneys and paralegals for document reviews and industry specific work. She graduated with honors from The University of Alabama as a double major in American Studies and Communication Studies.
Ms. Licata Coombs is responsible for leading and directing Beacon Hill Legal in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a leading staffing expert, she has formed relationships with and has assisted many of San Francisco and the Silicon Valley’s AmLaw 100 law firms and Fortune 500 corporations. Ms. Licata Coombs is known for providing superior customer service and diligence in staffing urgent and complex requests for clients, managing large-scale document review projects and delivering project management solutions in San Francisco, New York and Washington DC. She also assists clients with high-level attorney placements across all practice areas and industries. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Licata Coombs managed the San Francisco client development efforts for one of the nation’s largest legal staffing companies where she grew and developed the client base significantly. She began her career working for a global accounting firm and received a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University of San Francisco where she majored in accounting.
Kelsey Morrison, Esq. is a Practice Manager at Beacon Hill Legal where she oversees attorney placements and client services throughout the Midwest. As an Ohio native, and a Chicago transplant since attending law school, Ms. Morrison has developed a deep understanding of the Midwest legal markets. She and her team match attorneys (associates, partners, and in-house counsel) to opportunities with leading law firms and companies, nationally.
Ms. Morrison joined Beacon Hill in 2020, eager to establish and grow a direct hire attorney search team for Beacon Hill in the Midwest. Fast forward three years – while also running a full desk, Ms. Morrison manages a top team of seasoned legal recruiters. In her words, “they are a very talented group of dynamic & motivated professionals who all have an outstanding ability to build on and increase client/candidate relationships, though each in their own, unique way. Ms. Morrison received her JD from University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2014 and practiced as a litigator as well as worked for a national bar exam review company before she was recruited to recruit! While an unexpected and big change, she dove into the deep end of legal recruiting in 2017 with one of the largest publicly traded staffing companies in the world and has never looked back. Ms. Morrison is an active member of NALSC and volunteers her time counseling law students with regards to the bar exam, interview prep and resume review. Outside of work, Ms. Morrison is an avid traveler, stand-up comedy enthusiast, and Mom to her little guy, Tripp!
Marisa L. Simmons, Esq. is Practice Manager of Beacon Hill Legal’s southeast region for direct hire attorney search. Ms. Simmons manages a group of direct hire attorney recruiters and runs the same full desk herself. Her group focuses on recruiting and placing attorneys in not only law firms large and small, but also with in-house legal groups throughout the region.
Ms. Simmons joined Beacon Hill in 2019 with a mission to build out the company’s direct hire attorney search team, which, at the time, only served the Northeast and New England. Ms. Simmons immediately started hiring experienced attorney recruiters while also running a full desk. Within two years, she built the group to over $1.5M, a revenue that continues to grow. Her group now boasts recruiters in markets throughout the southeast, spanning Washington, D.C., Virginia, the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, and Texas. Ms. Simmons’ team takes a consultative and creative approach to finding the right attorneys to join their clients, whether it be with the largest U.S. law firms, specialized boutiques, or companies in any number of industries. They have successfully placed associates, counsels, and partners with law firms, as well varying levels of attorneys through general counsels at companies throughout the southeast.
Ms. Simmons’ recruiting career began in 2014 with one of the largest publicly traded staffing companies in the world, where she also focused on direct hire attorney search. Before that, she was a practicing attorney in Atlanta, Georgia for six years. Ms. Simmons received her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law and holds a B.S. with honors in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology. Ms. Simmons volunteers with her law school providing interview and resume advice to students. She is also a member of the Lawyer’s Club of Atlanta, is actively involved with Career Up Now, and sits on the Board of her daughters’ school.
As the Director of Project Management, Aaron Sutton oversees Beacon Hill Legal’s national project management team and all managed review projects across the country. His experience encompasses different areas of the law including but not limited to financial, anti-trust, pharmaceutical, intellectual property cases, as well as sanction screening projects. Aaron partners with many different AmLaw 100 law firms as well as fortune 500 companies and advises on collaborative eDiscovery strategies and the implementation of these throughout the course of the project. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Aaron worked for one of the world's largest managed review and data hosting companies acting as a Facility Lead and Portfolio Lead. Aaron has a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication and Political Science from Syracuse University, a Masters in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, as well as a JD from the Seton Hall University School of Law.
Mr. Tarbox is managing director and EVP of Beacon Hill Legal, the specialty legal staffing and outsourcing division of Beacon Hill. Mr. Tarbox and his teams help law firms and corporate legal groups save time and money by designing creative and compliant temporary staffing solutions that range from contract staffing of attorneys, paralegals, and legal secretaries, to large-scale management of document review projects. Under Mr. Tarbox's leadership, Beacon Hill Legal has grown to become the #3 largest legal staffing firm in the US. Beacon Hill Legal was recently named "Best Legal Recruiter for Lawyers and Support Staff" by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
As a founding employee of Beacon Hill Staffing Group, Mr. Tarbox is responsible for Beacon Hill Legal's national expansion. He is recognized as an early adopter of new technology and trends, enabling his team and clients to proactively address the evolving challenges that face the legal staffing industry, and he has been published in the New York Law Journal. Since 2016, Mr. Tarbox and his team of legal staffing professionals have designed systems and process that support the staffing and management of document review projects, efficiently processing millions of documents at review centers across the US throughout this time.
Mr. Tarbox began his career as a specialist in permanent placement and has a demonstrated history of success in Executive Search, having consistently delivered quality personnel for even the most complex and demanding projects since 1997. Mr. Tarbox holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire. He is a member of Beacon Hill's Executive Committee and sits on the company's Technology Committee.
Kate Tuohy is Division Manager of Beacon Hill Legal’s temporary placement team in the greater Philadelphia area. Kate oversees a team of three, placing attorneys and legal staff at all levels in various contract assignments from large-scale document review to substantive roles that require a high level of expertise across all practice areas and industries. She enjoys developing relationships, connecting people, and learning about an organization’s overall business needs, which makes her a strong resource in providing staffing solutions in a creative way.
Kate’s career in staffing started in 2012 when she joined Beacon Hill as a legal recruiter and helped with the launch of the legal division in Philadelphia. After a year in recruiting, she eagerly transitioned into an account executive role in which she worked with a diverse group of law firms and corporations. Determined to establish and build Beacon Hill’s brand in the local market and surrounding area, Kate became an active member and business partner with several organizations within the legal community, such as the ALA, ACC, and WIPL, while also serving on the boards of Women in eDiscovery, the Legal Marketing Association and Mount St. Joseph Alumnae Board of Directors. Kate is a 2010 graduate from Loyola University Maryland with a BS in Marketing.
Ms. Vega-Lamboy is responsible for directing both Beacon Hill Legal in New York City and the Beacon Hill Legal Managed Review Services division across the nation. A proven staffing industry leader since the early 1990s, her leadership, enthusiasm and passion for the industry has helped her work with clients across the nation in locations such as New York City, New Jersey, Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Philadelphia, Texas, Florida, California and Washington, D.C. She is known for her client service and dedication, strong market knowledge and project management solutions. She covers large-scale document reviews as well as more specialty high-level attorney and compliance placements. Her partnerships include working with law firms and corporations across all industries, identifying the strongest talent and assembling teams with a subject matter expertise in banking, compliance, litigation, pharmaceutical, entertainment, media, and technology. Prior to Beacon Hill, Ms. Vega-Lamboy was a top national producer for one of the country’s largest legal staffing organizations where she specialized in contract/temporary staffing as well as direct-hire placement covering general counsels to partners to associates and firm administrators in all disciplines including, but not limited to, compliance, real estate, corporate, and litigation.
Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, Ms. Vega-Lamboy spent her childhood in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, and in Bushwick, Brooklyn splitting the time between both places. She began her staffing career while studying Psychology & Black and Puerto Rican Studies at Hunter College and quickly recognized the impact she was having assisting people with finding their next employment opportunity.
As an advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace, Ms. Vega-Lamboy leverages her staffing experience to help educate students from urban communities on career goals, resume writing and interviewing techniques. She actively partners with organizations and schools as a volunteer and provides resources towards scholarship programs for students pursuing higher education. She is passionate about keeping a diverse pipeline of talent entering the workplace and takes pride in mentoring youth and providing them with the guidance needed to be successful in the workplace. She was awarded the “2019 Corporate Partner of the Year for Diversity & Inclusion in the Legal Profession” by the Hispanic Bar Association of NJ.
Outside of Beacon Hill, she is an active member of several organizations including The Hispanic Bar Association of NJ & NY, The National Hispanic Bar Association, The Puerto Rican Bar Association, NJ LEEP, Women in eDiscovery, IPMA, and many others.
Ms. Walton is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Legal in the Philadelphia and Detroit area. A legal staffing expert, and leader in the marketplace for over a decade, Ms. Walton is known for her superior client service, deep market and industry knowledge and top-notch project management solutions. She provides talent for law firms and corporations of all sizes throughout Philadelphia, Delaware, Southern New Jersey and Detroit, covering large-scale document reviews to high-level attorney requirements within various areas of substantive legal expertise. She also specializes in the direct placement of attorneys and paralegals at all levels and in all practice areas. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Walton led the top-performing legal staffing office of one of the world’s largest staffing firms and she began her career managing HSR reviews for a Washington, DC boutique firm. Ms. Walton is active in numerous legal associations including IPMA, DelvACCA and Women in eDiscovery and received her undergraduate degree from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia and her J.D. from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.
