Senior Business Development Manager
Ms. Agostini leads the sales and business development functions for our Alpharetta Technologies team. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Agostini started her career in staffing as an Account Executive and grew into a Lead Account Executive, mentoring junior sales members. She then moved into management, leading the Atlanta sales team as the Sales Manager, and then leading and directing a portfolio of accounts in the National Accounts division. Ms. Agostini joins Beacon Hill as a Senior Business Development Manager tasked with growing our market share in Atlanta. She is dedicated to building strong, meaningful relationships with clients as well as nurturing and developing our sales team to achieve their full potential and excel in their roles. She believes in creating a collaborative environment where both our clients and team members can thrive and reach new heights. Ms. Agostini attended Providence College, obtaining a Bachelors degree in Marketing.
