Team Lead, Strategic Sales Support
Amber leads Beacon Hill’s Strategic Sales Support Team, which is responsible for partnering with Beacon Hill’s sales teams to provide compelling, competitive, and strategic sales packages, as well as market intelligence reports and analysis for our clients and prospects. She is responsible for setting the standards for team operations, as well as growing the team and its service offerings and pipeline through tracked and analyzed team metrics, including satisfaction surveys. During Amber’s time as Team Lead, the team’s pipeline increased 45 percent in 2023 from 2022. Through implementing best practices from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), the Strategic Sales Support team has demonstrated its value as a strategic partner by earning and maintaining an average satisfaction score of 4.98 (out of five) from Beacon Hill’s sales teams.
Prior to joining Beacon Hill in 2020, Amber worked in proposals, presentations, and special events for fifteen years, including a Fortune 500, multi-national, workforce solutions company. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and mass communications, with an emphasis in public relations.
