Mr. Sales is responsible for the planning, design, coordination, and execution of Beacon Hill MSP programs. He is tasked with architecting the solutions that have been agreed upon by our clients and sales/operational leaders, including documentation of our clients' stated future state program and organizational goals. He works on-site alongside our clients, while also engaging VMS and internal Beacon Hill specialists in order to execute the defined tasks and timeline. Mr. Sales additionally works side-by-side with our MSP leadership and new Program Management Office representatives, who are selected specifically for each client, to ensure that all systems and processes are effectively running and everyone is trained on new VMS technology processes. He conducts extensive User Acceptance Testing of the VMS and remains on-board after go-live, readily accessible to address post-launch adjustments. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Mr. Sales spent nearly 10 years working at a leading VMS technology company in various roles, including helpdesk, product management, and custom solutions.  

Mr. Sales resides in the Chicagoland area and is the proud father of fraternal twins, age 8.
