Ms. Morgan works to ensure that Beacon Hill meets legal compliance standards, including all federal, state, and local regulations. She does this while encouraging teamwork and prioritizing her customers, outlining the best practices for enforcing regulations and providing guidance on all compliance matters. Ms. Morgan also offers coaching, mentoring, and facilities conflict resolution, including compliance and employee relations for Beacon Hill's regular, contract and temporary employee populations. In addition, she partners with the payroll, benefits, and HR teams to assist in meeting the teams everyday needs as well as overall business initiatives.

Ms. Morgan is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and holds an associate degree in Business Management. She has over 35 years of experience in the public and private sectors. Since joining Beacon Hill, she has excelled in both HR and Payroll positions, and has demonstrated a passion for working with people and an understanding that a businesses success is dependent upon the satisfaction of employees and clients alike. Outside of work, Ms. Morgan contributes to her community through volunteer programs and is the Chair of the Church Council at her local church. She also holds a spot on the Board of Directors of the Preachers’ Aid Society of New England.
