Ashley Pfeiffenberger
Lead Corporate Recruiter
Ashley oversees the recruiting initiatives for campus and entry-level hiring for the Midwest region. She primarily focuses on recruiting efforts for Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, and Iowa-based schools. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University where she majored in Economics with a minor in International Business. Ashley was involved with THON and Women In Business on campus. She was also a Campus Representative for the Disney College Program. It was through those experiences Ashley realized her passion for recruiting and working with students. She is excited to leverage all of her experience into the corporate recruiting mission representing Beacon Hill.
