Ms. Hoffmann is responsible for leading and managing Beacon Hill Associates in Chicago, Glenview, and Oak Brook, IL, Cleveland, OH, Minneapolis, MN, and Dallas and Austin, TX. A high-performing leader at Beacon Hill since 2011, Ms. Hoffmann launched Beacon Hill Associates Chicago, leading the business to record levels of success year after year, establishing Beacon Hill Associates as the premier administrative placement firm in the market, while leading by example as one of the top individual producers in our company. As Regional Vice President, she is tasked with continuing to expand Chicago operations while establishing operations in the Midwest and Central US. Ms. Hoffmann has earned a reputation with her clients for valuable consultative input regarding workforce development programs and overall recruitment strategies. Her direct approach, maximum effort and high level of accountability to clients allow her to deliver immediate results for all temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire administrative needs. With a diverse mix of clients including leaders in the financial services, technology, healthcare, consulting, non-profit and professional services industries, Ms. Hoffmann manages client relationships ranging from the Fortune 500 to emerging growth companies to grassroots service organizations. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Hoffmann was the top producer of a regional staffing firm based in Chicago where she was consistently recognized for her leadership, effectiveness and outstanding relationship management. A dual U.S./Australia citizen, Ms. Hoffmann began her staffing career overseas recruiting IT professionals for one of Australia’s most successful recruitment firms. Ms. Hoffmann received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago where she majored in Marketing and Spanish and graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors. She is an active networker and current member of the Chicago chapter of the Society of Human Resources Professionals (SHRM).
