Kathleen Parhas

Ms. Parhas is responsible for building and delivering staffing services for Beacon Hill Associates in Oak Brook, IL, serving the Chicagoland area’s western suburbs.

With over a decade of successful staffing experience across the suburban market, Ms. Parhas uses a unique blend of creativity and consistency to grow client relationships from prospects to long lasting partnerships. Prior to Beacon Hill, Ms. Parhas was a Division Director at a global staffing organization where she oversaw the administrative and corporate services placement team having grown through the ranks from recruiter to an Executive Client Advisor serving as a subject matter expert in administrative staffing, employee engagement, and leadership.  Ms. Parhas graduated from Western Illinois University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching, with an emphasis on history.
