Kaylee is responsible for managing the Beacon Hill Life Sciences downtown Chicago recruiting team while also building robust candidate networks all over the country. Kaylee leads by example and empowers her team to make the most of every day and build strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates. She is able to deliver top talent to dynamic clients within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and clinical research organizations. She has been a consistent top performer and has earned several recruitment awards and performance achievements since joining Beacon Hill in 2018. Kaylee received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where she majored in Molecular and Cellular Biology which allowed her to quickly connect with candidates in Research and Development settings when she started at Beacon Hill.
