Kelly McQuiston is responsible for growing the Beacon Hill Associates Contact Center Services nationwide. Ms. McQuiston has enjoyed a successful multi-decade career in the Workforce Solutions industry, with the majority of that time focused on Contact Centers and Customer Support for staffing and outsourcing. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. McQuiston began her career with a Fortune 500 Staffing firm, then moved into a role selling healthcare consulting and outsourcing services before holding a variety of roles with increasing responsibility with a recognized international staffing firm. Her experience covers all industry verticals, domestic support, near-shore support, and support delivered through LATAM and South Africa. Ms. McQuiston is known by her clients as a partner who can design solutions specific to the unique needs of their Contact Center. She began focusing on successfully delivering remote workers in 2009, well before the events of 2020 forced companies to accommodate remote work. Ms. McQuiston attended the University of Rhode Island and subscribes to a continuous learning philosophy. She enjoys working with college students and recent graduates in guiding their careers, is a member of the Enoch Pratt Library Advisory Council, and actively fundraises for a variety of charities.
