Mr. Rivers is responsible for leading and directing the Recruiting Team for Beacon Hill Technologies in Portland, Oregon. He has 3+ years of experience in the staffing industry and has a track record of developing and training highly successful recruiters, including several Rookie Club Members and President’s Club Qualifiers. Along with leading, he consistently provides top-tier talent to enterprise-level companies both nationally and locally. Mr. Rivers has been recognized as a top performer at Beacon Hill and takes pride in developing successful individuals while cultivating a positive, motivating, and supportive environment for all to thrive in. Mr. Rivers graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science Degree with a focus in Marketing and Sales.
