Olivia Brown is responsible for leading the Business Development function for the Beacon Hill Technologies team in the Boston office. Olivia has a strong track record for solving complex business challenges by delivering high-end technology solutions to IT executives within the nation’s top companies. As a leader, she is known for developing highly successful internal teams of technical Recruiters, Account Executives, and Staffing Consultants within contract/consulting services and permanent placement divisions. Olivia is passionate about advancing women in leadership, developing skills to advance our workforce, and advocating for conscious inclusion and belonging. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Olivia was the Market Director for a large national staffing firm where she was recognized for her leadership and revenue growth. Olivia attended Pace University where she majored in Biology.
