Ms.Derbabian is responsible for coordinating Director’s Retreats and Division Trainings along with assisting in all things dining when it comes to company wide events. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Olivia managed several restaurants in New York and Boston, most recently Davio’s Seaport. Olivia attended Michigan State University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Business and Food Industry Management. During her time at Michigan State, Olivia was a D1 Athlete on the Women’s Rowing Team, she also interned for Spartan Athletics within the revenue sports department. When she is not planning events you can find Olivia judging cheerleading competitions or marking Michelin Star restaurants off her bucket list in New York!
