Senior Partnership Director Ray Thurman is responsible for leading and directing onsite client operations and service delivery for Beacon Hill Solutions, and directly overseeing our onsite talent consultants. He is tasked with daily oversight and operational support of MSP programs using VMS technology as a vehicle to partner with clients to achieve greater visibility and efficiencies across their contingent workforce platform. Ray has twelve years of experience in the staffing and solutions space.
Prior to joining Beacon Hill Solutions, Ray was an accomplished leader for a global staffing firm. His focus was sales and business development with expertise in negotiating, contracting, and managing long-term contracts for Fortune 500 companies, federal contractors, and multiple Federal Government agencies. He was responsible for the delivery of innovative solutions and competitive advantages in multiple industry verticals.
