Ms. Wright is responsible for directing Beacon Hill Associates in Boston, Washington, DC, Philadelphia and Atlanta. A proven leader, she launched Beacon Hill Associates DC, the first Associates location outside of Boston, leading the office to record growth and success while helping Beacon Hill become one of the most valued staffing partners in the region. Ms. Wright has a passion for staffing and has built relationships with some of the nation’s top nonprofits, lobbying firms, trade associations, global professional services organizations, investment boutiques and commercial real estate companies. Ms. Wright is consistently recognized for adding value to her client companies by finding the right fit and referring the best talent for temporary, temp-to-hire and direct-hire roles. Her aptitude, professionalism and drive to deliver are why high-profile clients ask her to fill their toughest openings. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Ms. Wright was a Principal at a highly regarded administrative placement boutique in DC, where she was the company’s top producer for several years while training and developing business development staff. She received two Bachelor of Arts Degrees, Magna Cum Laude, from American University where she majored in political science and, through an interdisciplinary major, communications, legal studies, economics and government.
