Mr. Lavoie is responsible for Beacon Hill’s day-to-day IT projects and operations for internal staff, across the country. Primarily, he is the main point of contact/liaison between the end users and the Data Center/Helpdesk, which he also oversees. Additionally, Mr. Lavoie trains all new employees on the company’s in-house applicant tracking systems, coordinates with multiple vendors when opening new offices, and liaisons with senior management for key infrastructure and operational enhancements throughout the company. Mr. Lavoie began his career as an IT recruiter with Beacon Hill Technologies. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics, where he minored in information technology.
