Beacon Hill Chicago Once Again Named to Crain’s Chicago Business Best Places to Work List

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is excited to announce that Crain's Chicago Business recently named Beacon Hill one of "Chicago's Best Places to Work" in 2021 for the fourth year in a row!

Beacon Hill ranked 66th overall on Crain's list, moving up 14 spots from last year. Crain's announced these rankings during a virtual lunch event held on April 9th.

The event was hosted by WGN’s Pat Tomasulo and featured a live unveil of the ranking order as well as special guest speakers. A portion of the ticket revenue was donated to the Illinois Restaurant Association employee relief fund to help the restaurant community and its workers during this unprecedented time.

Determining the Best Places to Work in Chicago involved a two-step process. The first step consisted of evaluating each participating company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of employee surveys aimed at assessing the experiences and attitudes of individual employees with respect to their workplace. This part was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the best companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and applied its expertise to determine the final ranking.
