Beacon Hill Named to SIA's Prestigious "Best Staffing Firms to Work For" List

Recently, the premiere publication Staffing Industry Analysts recognized Beacon Hill Staffing Group on its "Best Staffing Firms to Work For" List, announcing it at the Staffing Industry Analysts' Executive Forum in Phoenix! Beacon Hill was one of six finalists honored in the 201-plus employee category.

"We are always proud to be recognized by SIA," commented Andrew Wang, CEO. "But being named a 'Best Staffing Firm to Work For' is exceptionally special and rewarding."

In all, 182 staffing firms took part in the "Best Staffing Firms to Work For" survey. Internal employees were asked to fill out a 40-item online questionnaire measuring 10 key elements of engagement, including teamwork, feeling valued, trust in senior leaders, compensation and benefits, and manager effectiveness. Companies were then ranked based on overall composite score.
