Beacon Hill Named to SIAs Prestigious Best Staffing Firms to Work For List for Fifth Straight Year

March 23rd, 2020

For the fifth year in a row, the premiere publication Staffing Industry Analysts has recognized Beacon Hill Staffing Group on its "Best Staffing Firms to Work For" List! The winners were announced during a special Executive forum 2020 Best Staffing Firms to Work For/Temp For Virtual Experience broadcast with live viewership. Beacon Hill was one of five finalists honored in the 500-plus employee category.

“As I have said many times before, there is no greater honor for Beacon Hill than being recognized by the members of our team,” commented Andrew Wang, CEO. “I am extremely proud to work with so many great professionals.”

Over 250 firms sought participation in the program this year, which was conducted by SIA in conjunction with Quantum Workplace, an Omaha, NE-based company. Internal employees at each firm were asked to complete an online survey that measured key engagement categories, focusing on items including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.

“With their strong commitment to employee engagement and building a high-performance culture, the companies on this year’s Best Staffing Firms list are setting the bar high. From newer and niche players to veteran businesses, from traditional offerings to innovation in action, from local organizations to entities with global reach, these firms are demonstrating that a highly engaged workforce is one of the few sustainable sources of competitive advantage in staffing,” said Barry Asin, SIA President. “Congratulations to the winners for this important recognition.”

Beacon Hill Staffing Group’s niche brands provide direct hire, executive search, temporary staffing, contract consulting, temp/contract-to-hire, and MSP/VMS and RPO solutions to emerging growth companies and the Fortune 500 across multiple market sectors and all industries. Over time, office locations, specialty practice areas and service offerings will be added to address ever changing constituent needs.
